Job summary

Ikonhouse LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations for a large site-based construction workforce. This hands-on role covers the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring UAE and Dubai labor compliance and policy development.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, visas, labor cards and Emirates ID processes, payroll inputs, MOHRE coordination, and creating a company-wide HR policy handbook.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience in UAE construction industry.
• Proven track record managing a large blue-collar workforce.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Dubai HR rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for head office, project sites and labor camps.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding, including visas, labor cards and IDs.
• Oversee payroll inputs and salary processing in line with WPS, end-of-service gratuity.
• Stay current with UAE Labour Law and Dubai regulations; update HR practices.
• Draft and maintain a company HR policy handbook; roll it out company-wide.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters for a blue-collar workforce.
• Conduct site and labor-camp visits to ensure welfare and compliance.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and MIS reporting for management.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, immigration and other authorities as required.
• Advise department heads on HR matters; uphold integrity and confidentiality.
