Job summary

CNTXT AI, an AI and data company operating in the UAE, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead people strategy and build a high‑performance organization for rapid growth.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation/benefits, and HR operations, while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and Emiratisation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience in UAE/GCC with knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Experience scaling teams in tech, AI or SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance, compensation and org development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CNTXT AI’s overall HR and people strategy.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on organizational design and talent strategy.
• Build scalable HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends and effectiveness.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Drive engagement, retention, and employer branding in the regional tech ecosystem.
• Ensure HR governance, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and Emiratisation initiatives.
