Job summary

CNTXT AI is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead people strategy and build a high‑performance organization capable of supporting rapid growth in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

This strategic yet hands‑on role requires deep UAE labour law knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to design scalable HR processes that align with business goals in AI and tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and UAE/GCC employment regulations.
• Experience hiring specialized technical and leadership talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CNTXT AI’s HR strategy aligned with business growth.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Design scalable HR policies, processes and systems.
• Lead performance management frameworks and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll operations.
• Drive employee engagement and a compliant HR governance framework.
