Job summary

Precise Communications & Design LLC is seeking a senior HR leader to drive the Emiratisation strategy and UAE National workforce planning. You will build and maintain a strong UAE National talent pipeline and lead Emirati recruitment engagement and retention initiatives.

You will monitor compliance with Emiratisation targets and UAE Labour Law, coordinate with MOHRE Nafis and key stakeholders, and advise senior leadership on workforce planning and HR matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years UAE-based HR experience.
• Proven Emiratisation / UAE Nationalisation track record.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Nafis and UAE Labour Law.
• Hands-on UAE National recruitment, development and retention experience.
• Strong Emiratisation strategy, workforce planning and compliance.
• Experience managing Emiratisation targets and HR reporting.
• Senior management / C-suite stakeholder management experience.
• UAE HR operations and employee relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• MBA / HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the organisation s Emiratisation strategy and UAE National workforce plans
• Develop and maintain a strong UAE National talent pipeline
• Drive Emirati recruitment engagement development and retention initiatives
• Monitor Emiratisation targets compliance and reporting
• Coordinate with MOHRE Nafis and relevant government stakeholders
• Advise senior leadership on Emiratisation workforce planning and UAE HR matters
• Develop career development succession planning and leadership programmes for UAE Nationals
• Track workforce metrics and provide regular HR Emiratisation reports to senior management
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE Labour Law and applicable regulations
• Lead HR initiatives related to employee relations talent management and workforce development
