Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years in HR with senior leadership responsibility.
Experience as HR Director, CHRO or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and law.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage the HR function across the organisation.
Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on organisational priorities.
Develop workforce planning, design, and talent strategies.
Lead talent acquisition including senior technology hires.
Drive employee engagement, retention and development initiatives.
Establish performance management and career development frameworks.
Oversee compensation, benefits and remuneration programmes.
Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation and regulations.
