Job summary

Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Transportation Division in Dubai. You will partner with leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and employee relations to ensure a compliant employee lifecycle experience.

The role focuses on designing organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning while guiding line managers on performance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5-8 years HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP or HR Generalist role.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, fleet management, or operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning and manpower sourcing.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation performance processes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
• Advise on performance management, HR policies, and labor law compliance.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and exit processes.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
