Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to translate priorities into effective HR strategies.
• Provide strategic and operational HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, HR policies, and workplace matters.
• Support learning and development initiatives to build organizational capabilities.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support people-related business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee development.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
