Job summary

Danat Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Manager to drive room, events, and F&B revenue across properties. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients and event planners.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with marketing and operations to execute sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or resort sales management with revenue targets.
• Strong account management, business development, and client relations.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork across operations, reservations, and marketing.
• Excellent organization and time management with multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; hotel systems experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and GCC hospitality market is beneficial.
