Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA seeks an Assistant Director of Sales to drive revenue generation and client management in Abu Dhabi. You will support the Head of Sales, lead a team, and cultivate relationships with key accounts and corporate partners to maximize profitability.

The role requires a strong background in hospitality sales, strategic planning, and market analysis, with a focus on government and corporate segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years progressive hotel sales experience with 2–3 years in an assistant director role.
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, market segmentation and distribution channels.
• Experience in Global & local corporate and government segments.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Analytical and strategic planning skills to interpret market trends and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Assist in leading the sales team with guidance, training and evaluations.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, corporate accounts and industry partners.
• Create effective sales proposals, presentations and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity for opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize client contracts aligning with business goals.
