Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in healthcare leadership.
• Experience in UAE healthcare environment is a plus.
• Strong commercial awareness and governance knowledge.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Ability to build referral networks and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting clinical quality and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive hospital performance and growth.
• Oversee hospital operations including clinical services, finance, HR, procurement, support services, and administration.
• Drive EBITDA targets and monitor KPIs, patient satisfaction, and service standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and corporate functions to meet goals.
• Establish governance, risk management and business metrics.
• Foster high-performance culture and staff development.
• Coordinate capital and operating budgets and address variances.
• Develop community programs and stakeholder networks.
• Analyse audit and risk reports and implement corrective actions.
