Job summary

You will oversee clinical services, finance, HR, procurement, and administration; drive EBITDA-aligned initiatives, and monitor KPIs. A strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience in UAE is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operational strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage hospital operations across clinical services, finance, HR, procurement, support services and administration.
• Drive core performance and governance across the hospital cluster.
