Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced PMC Senior Project Controls Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead cost, schedule, and risk management for large oil, gas & New Energies projects. You will oversee procedures, manage the IPMT team, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction activities to deliver on-time results.

The role requires deep knowledge of CTR and progress measurement, with a focus on governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across a global project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in oil and gas.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Knowledge of CTR and progress measurement processes.
• Experience with multinational and multicultural project teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee project services & controls procedures.
• Lead IPMT business team and coordinate with project support.
• Direct cost, schedule, and financial reporting for the project.
• Manage procurement, contracting, and vendor activities.
• Mentor ADNOC Offshore staff and develop IPMT organizational plan.
