Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Manager - Strategy to shape and execute the corporate strategy in partnership with MAF Holding, the Retail Executive Committee, and Country Managers. You will drive alignment, identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making across all countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Proven strategic planning experience in a multinational omni-channel retail environment.
• Strong market research, competitive intelligence, and financial modelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases for growth and partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and execution of the corporate strategy across the organization.
• Embed and communicate strategy to senior leadership, corporate functions, and country teams.
• Partner with Transformation, Finance, HC, and Operations to monitor performance and take corrective actions.
