Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Manager Leadership Development to drive and evaluate leadership programs across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities and aligning development initiatives with corporate strategy and values.

In this position, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and manage governance across all leadership development initiatives. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least seven years of experience in leadership or talent development, with a proven track record in executive program design.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development roles.
• At least three years of experience specifically in executive leadership or senior leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development methodologies and modern learning frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful leadership development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of leadership philosophy and organizational values into leadership academies and development programs.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of leadership academies and executive development programs.
• Manage planning, curriculum development, and delivery of leadership initiatives including the Change Leadership Academy.
