Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in financial modelling required.
• Strong command of AI-enabled research and productivity tools, with sound judgment to verify outputs.
• Strong grasp of valuation and corporate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Screening and Market Analysis: screen sectors and companies against investment criteria and prepare concise briefs for go/no-go decisions.
• Financial Analysis and Modelling: build and audit financial models, test sensitivity and scenarios.
• Transaction and Partner Support: coordinate due diligence and prepare high-quality memos and decks for committees and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: support meetings with JV partners, government entities, and financial institutions.
