Job summary

Peergrowth is seeking a highly organized Management Associate to support management across Green Hydrogen, Steel Tube & Pipe, Water Technologies, and M&A initiatives in Dubai. The role involves research, business analysis, customer engagement, and strategic development to drive growth.

You will create dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems, coordinate with customers and partners, and help prepare proposals and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business operations, research, project coordination, executive support, consulting, business analysis, or business development.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Business Research & Analysis: Conduct market, industry, technology, competitor, and country-level research.
• Business Operations & Coordination: Create and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, databases, and reporting systems.
• Business Systems & Process Improvement: Evaluate, recommend, and implement CRM and project-tracking systems.
• Customer & Commercial Support: Coordinate customer follow-ups, quotations, proposals, and commercial activities.
• Presentation & Documentation: Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for customers, partners, and management.
• Business Development & New Vertical Exploration: Research emerging technologies and opportunities for growth.
