Kaizen Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our enterprise client base. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, prospect new opportunities, and manage developer accounts to drive long-term revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and sales negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Generate high-volume leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase unit density.
• Structure commercial agreements and negotiate scalable business deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and funnel management.
