Job summary

KAIZEN Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its asset management portfolio across the UAE.

The role centers on winning new mandates from landlords, family offices, private capital, institutional owners and developers with rental stock, and to generate pipeline for Kaizen’s owners association, unit management and capital markets teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in UAE real estate, including 3+ years in business development for asset management, leasing or investment.
• Established network of landlords, family offices and developers across the UAE.
• Solid grasp of property and asset management economics: rent roll, NOI, yields and service charges; regulatory differences between emirates.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles: big mandates typically 3–6 months from first meeting to signature.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target whole-building residential and mixed-use assets across the UAE; focus on landlords managing their own buildings or using local operators.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline in the CRM, converting relationships into signed asset management mandates.
• Sell Kaizen’s paid asset review and develop tailored proposals, presentations and fee structures; hand deals through the deal desk.
• Negotiate contracts and hand each client to asset management with a full handover pack.
• Introduce owners association, handover, unit management and capital markets opportunities to Kaizen teams.
• Track market intelligence and client relationships; report pipeline to the Chief Revenue Officer; build trust-based relationships with Arabic-speaking landlords and family offices.
