Job summary

Kaizen Asset Management Services in Dubai seeks a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its asset management portfolio across the UAE. The role focuses on winning new mandates from landlords, family offices, private capital, institutional owners and developers with rental stock.

You will build a structured pipeline, attend handovers, and craft tailored proposals with senior teams to drive value and growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in UAE real estate, with at least 3 in business development for property or asset management, leasing or investment.
Established network of landlords, family offices and developers across the UAE.
Solid grasp of rent rolls, NOI, yields, service charges, and regulatory differences between emirates.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles: 3–6 months to signature, longer for family offices.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

Identify and target whole-building residential and mixed-use assets across the UAE.
Build and manage a structured pipeline in the CRM, converting relationships into signed asset management mandates.
Sell Kaizen's paid asset review as the entry point for new clients.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations and fee structures with cross-functional teams and close deals through Kaizen’s deal desk.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to asset management teams.
