Job summary

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the asset management sector. You will identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to expanding Kaizen’s market reach.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM software. UAE driving license is desirable. This position is based in Dubai with opportunities to network at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in business development, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding business development targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of asset management industry and market trends is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for asset management services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment and support of business development efforts.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in the CRM system.
• Represent Kaizen Asset Management Services at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, achievements, and forecasts to senior management.
