Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus in enterprise applications.
• Eligibility for this position is UAE Nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Conduits comprehensive analyses of business needs to improve systems, processes, and digital solutions.
• Engages stakeholders via interviews, surveys, workshops, and focus groups to capture requirements.
• Translates requirements into actionable specifications, prioritizing by business value.
• Evaluates workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Supports project objectives by aligning deliverables with priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Act as liaison between business, technical teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops to align objectives and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain requirement specifications, communication plans, and traceability matrices.
