Job summary

DiceTek UAE is looking for a Business Analyst to support business requirements gathering and documentation management across enterprise initiatives in Dubai, UAE. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams for effective IT and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT services or digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of requirements documentation standards and process mapping techniques.
Experience preparing BRD, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow documentation.
Familiarity with UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a structured and organized manner.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured business requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders.
Document detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to support system enhancements.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and use cases.
Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity.
Support solution design discussions by translating business needs into documentation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring alignment with expectations.
Track requirements traceability to ensure completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to clarify scope.
Ensure documentation accuracy and version control across project artifacts.
