Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT services or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirements documentation standards and process mapping techniques.
• Experience preparing BRD, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a structured and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured business requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders.
• Document detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to support system enhancements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and use cases.
• Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity.
• Support solution design discussions by translating business needs into documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring alignment with expectations.
• Track requirements traceability to ensure completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to clarify scope.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and version control across project artifacts.
