Job summary

Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) seeks a seasoned governance professional to develop and manage its governance framework in line with strategic direction. The role includes KPI development, coordination with assurance and business functions, and high-level secretariat support to key management committees.

You will oversee governance policies, confidentiality controls, and delegation matrices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards across ADGM Authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of federal and local regulations and international standards.
• 8+ years in governance or related area.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Experience with regulators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ADGM-wide governance framework and policies.
• Support KPI development for governance.
• Provide secretariat support to ADGM committees.
• Maintain governance delegation frameworks and registers.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and risk controls.
