Job summary

VOGLIO Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the UAE for premium paints and decorative finishes. You will manage B2B and B2C sales, build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and clients, and lead the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

You will conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain CRM data to track leads, proposals and targets while working from office

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a similar field (building materials, paints, decorative finishes, or real estate).
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and actively develop new business opportunities.
• Manage both B2B and B2C sales.
• Sell paints, decorative finishes and complete supply application solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, fit-out companies, contractors, developers and private clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, showroom and site visits.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable materials and application solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry through negotiation and closing.
• Follow up with existing clients and develop repeat business.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams regarding samples, site requirements and project execution.
