Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a recruiter to partner with hiring teams, build robust candidate pipelines, and manage end-to-end recruitment at a fast pace. You will conduct in-depth interviews, drive process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners.

The role requires 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or full life cycle recruiting, excellent English communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR or full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Recommend recruitment strategies to support company growth and implement new processes.
• Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
• Screen and prepare candidate slates within consistent timelines.
