Role Context

The Recruiter will act as the client lead for assigned groups, translating hiring requirements into sourcing, assessment and closing strategies. The position covers both immediate vacancy delivery and longer-term talent-pipeline development. Ideal Profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Alternatively, full-cycle recruiting experience gained in-house, through an agency or within a high-volume operation.
• Experience managing stakeholders and recruitment communications.
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize searches according to business impact and deadlines.
• Experience handling high-volume and specialist hiring is preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
• Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with recruiters, coordinators and cross-functional teams.
