Job summary

Amazon is seeking an exceptional Recruiter to help find top talent for our growth. You will partner with hiring teams, source candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and manage stakeholders to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate candidates, drive time-to-fill metrics, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality customer service. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Turkish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition or full lifecycle recruiting
• Experience in high-volume recruiting within fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management
• Screen and present candidate slates within appropriate timelines
• Drive strategies to improve IPO/offer acceptance and reduce time-to-fill
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a pipeline of candidates
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress effectively
• Communicate in English; Arabic or Turkish skills are a plus
