Job summary

Becton Dickinson in Dubai seeks an accomplished FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for the MMS and APM business units. You will partner with global teams, drive performance insights, and ensure data accuracy while supporting growth strategies in a fast-paced multinational setting.

The role requires 5–10 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. On-site location in Dubai with collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of FP&A, Business Partnering, Shared Services, Audit, or large multinational experience.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with BPC reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A practices within MMS and APM BU. Own P&L and financial reporting for the MMS and APM BU region.
• Prepare quarterly bottom-up forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end close analyses.
• Partner with BP&A Connected Care Team and SGA Analysts for insights and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with VP, CBL, and Supply Chain Teams on revenue, gross profit, and inventory data.
• Provide guidance on corrective actions, participate in reviews, and support team development.
