Job summary

BD is seeking an FP&A BU Partner for Connected Care in the META region, based in Dubai. You will lead quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end close analyses, while partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic financial insights and drive sustainable profitability.

The role requires 5–10 years in FP&A or related fields, advanced Excel skills, and experience with P&L management. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential in this fast-paced multinational

Qualifications

5–10 years of FP&A, business partnering, or shared services experience in a large multinational
Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management skills
Advanced Excel skills with solid presentation abilities
Experience with BPC reporting tools is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A processes for MMS and APM BU in META region
Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end close analyses
Own P&L reporting and financial performance for MMS/APM within region
Collaborate with BP&A team and SGA Analysts on data accuracy and insights
Provide strategic financial insights and opportunities for growth and profitability
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of FP&A team members
