Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of the Facilities Management portfolio. You will optimize commercial strategies, manage variances, invoicing and revenue recognition, and mitigate financial risks across FM contracts.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, procurement and legal teams to ensure profitability and compliant contract execution, leading governance on non-budgeted expenditures and KPI penalties.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, with at least 3–5 years in Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and contractual aspects of FM contracts to ensure profitability.
• Lead the CVR process and oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Conduct contract reviews with legal teams and manage variations, claims, and renewals.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement and legal teams to optimize contract execution.
