Job summary

Dubai Limited Investment LLC is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Commercial Manager to lead the full spectrum of contractual and commercial activities across our construction and facilities management portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will safeguard commercial interests and drive project profitability.

The role covers contract lifecycle management, tendering, claims, risk and stakeholder management, with a focus on FIDIC-based contracts and strong leadership of the QS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management.
• 12+ years in construction contracts, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts; NEC is a plus.
• Experience in facilities management or O&M contracts.
• Proven track record in claims management and commercial negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and renew commercial and legal contracts across construction and FM projects.
• Lead commercial strategy, payment terms, pricing, and bidding models; manage QS function.
• Oversee tendering, risk assessment, and contract amendments to secure favorable terms.
• Administer FIDIC-based contracts, including SLAs, KPIs, and payment mechanisms.
• Manage claims, disputes, and variation processes in coordination with Legal and project teams.
• Ensure risk/compliance reporting and governance alignment.
• Direct subcontract and supply chain commercial activities and back-to-back terms.
• Mentor and develop the contracts team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
