Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract: prepare feasibility-level estimates, support cost plans and budgets.
• Procurement: manage end-to-end procurement and tendering of professional services and construction works.
• Post-Contract: monitor budgets, variations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Commercial Reporting: produce executive memoranda, monthly reports and cash flow forecasts.
