Job summary

SThree seeks a Finance Director to lead the UAE-based mobility, leasing, and transportation finance function and partner with executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

The role requires extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls, with a proven track record in developing high-performing finance teams within the mobility or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or mobility services.
• Senior finance leadership role (Finance Director/Head of Finance/Financial Controller).
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and internal controls.
• Experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Preferred professional qualifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA.
• UAE experience is highly desirable; GCC experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's finance function and provide strategic financial leadership.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, and cash flow planning.
• Support business growth through financial insights and commercial decision support.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
