Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global in the UAE seeks a Finance Director with extensive FMCG experience to lead FP&A, consolidation, and governance. The role partners with the CFO and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic financial insight, robust controls, and lender reporting across entity structures.

The candidate will manage end-to-end finance, drive 13-week cash flow forecasting, and oversee audits and regulatory compliance within a dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications

• CA with 15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG/consumer goods with UAE market exposure.
• Proven expertise in FP&A, business finance, group consolidation, financial reporting, controllership and audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance across FP&A, reporting, controllership and consolidation.
• Oversee group consolidation across multiple entities and ensure robust reporting.
• Manage board and lender reporting, including packs and covenant analysis.
• Drive treasury, liquidity management and 13-week cash flow forecasting.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance across UAE entities.
• Partner with CFO and stakeholders on strategic financial insight and decisions.
• Support finance transformation and team leadership across the organization.
