Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or mobility services.
• Senior finance leadership role (Finance Director/Head of Finance/Financial Controller).
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and internal controls.
• Experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Preferred professional qualifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA.
• UAE experience is highly desirable; GCC experience will be considered.

A leading UAE-based mobility, leasing, and transportation services organization is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead its finance function and support the next phase of business growth and operational excellence.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury oversight, risk management, compliance, and business partnering. The successful candidate will lead a sizeable finance team and work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience.


• Current or previous experience within car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or mobility services is essential.


• Proven experience in a Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance leadership role.


• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and internal controls.


• Experience managing and developing finance teams.
