Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to manage sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes across the organization and Private Office.

Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement, the successful candidate will drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This hands-on role requires independence and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years operating Senior Procurement Specialist level.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Proven track record delivering commercial value through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in FF&E, interior fit-out, hospitality, property/luxury residential, yacht/marine procurement or similar project-based environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management and supplier performance management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement management tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers to support business requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, service levels and terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Review and manage supplier agreements to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and supplier proposals.
• Conduct commercial and risk assessments for suppliers and initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure purchase orders, contracts, and procurement docs are processed accurately.
• Identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities across procurement categories.
• Support development and continuous improvement of procurement policies and governance.
