Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a results-driven Procurement Lead to develop and implement cost-efficient sourcing across local and international suppliers. You will identify reliable vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will lead a team, manage procurement budgets, review contracts, and coordinate with production teams to keep materials flowing.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement experience in manufacturing/joinery/furniture sectors.
• Strong cost analysis, budgeting, and value optimization.
• Experience with local and international sourcing.
• Familiarity with supplier evaluation and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies for local and international sourcing.
• Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure best value.
