Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to manage sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes across the organization and Private Office. The role reports to the Head of Group Procurement and drives value through effective supplier management.

The candidate will support procurement strategy, oversee RFQs/RFPs, and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of goods and services while collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement experience, including senior specialist level.
• End-to-end procurement: sourcing, tendering, contracts, supplier management.
• Experience delivering value via strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Experience in FF&E/interior fit-out/hospitality/propertyy/ yacht or similar project-based procurement is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Lead commercial negotiations for favorable pricing, terms and delivery conditions.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts for competitiveness and compliance.
• Develop sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders and prepare RFQs/RFPs.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
