Job summary

IFZA is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to lead sourcing activities, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts across the organization and Private Office. This role supports procurement strategy, drives value through supplier management, and ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, including senior-level responsibilities.
• End-to-end procurement experience: sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, supplier management.
• Experience in FF&E, interior fit-out, hospitality, property/luxury residential, yacht/marine procurement or similar projects.
• Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and engage reliable suppliers to meet business needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, terms, and delivery conditions.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance monitoring.
• Review supplier agreements for competitiveness and compliance.
