Job Description
TheSenior Procurement Executive is a hands-on role responsible for managing IFZA'ssourcing activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, andprocurement processes across the organization, and Private Office.
Reportingdirectly to the Head of Group Procurement, the successful candidate will play akey role in supporting procurement strategy, driving value through effectivesupplier management, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery ofgoods and services.
Thisrole requires a proactive procurement professional who can operateindependently, partner effectively with internal stakeholders, and contributeto the continuous improvement of procurement practices. The position offerssignificant exposure to senior leadership and will serve as a key support tothe Head of Group Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- · Source, evaluate, andengage reliable suppliers and vendors to support business requirements.
- · Lead commercialnegotiations to secure favourable pricing, service levels, contractual terms,and delivery conditions.
- · Build and maintain stronglong-term relationships with suppliers and key external partners.
- · Review and manage supplieragreements and contracts to ensure commercial competitiveness and compliance.
- · Partner with internalstakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop effectivesourcing strategies.
- · Prepare and evaluate RFQs,RFPs, and supplier proposals.
- · Conduct commercial and riskassessments for suppliers, contracts, and procurement initiatives.
- · Monitor supplierperformance and implement improvement plans where required.
- · Ensure purchase orders,contracts, and procurement documentation are processed accurately andefficiently.
- · Identify and implement costoptimization, standardization, and value creation opportunities acrossprocurement categories.
- · Support the development andcontinuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, and governanceframeworks.
- · Utilize ERP and procurementsystems to monitor procurement activities, supplier performance, and spenddata.
- · Prepare procurementanalyses, reports, and presentations for management review.
- · Maintain awareness ofmarket trends, supplier developments, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- · Minimum 7 years ofprocurement experience, with at least 3 years operating Senior ProcurementSpecialist level.
- · Experience managingend-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, contractnegotiation, and supplier management.
- · Proven track record ofdelivering commercial value through strategic sourcing and suppliernegotiations.
- · Experience within FF&E,interior fit-out, hospitality, property/luxury residential, yacht/marine relatedprocurement, or similar project-based environments is highly preferred.
- · Strong understanding ofprocurement best practices, contract management, and supplier performancemanagement.
- · Experience working with ERPsystems and procurement management tools.
- Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) areadvantageous
