Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead all food and beverage outlets within Traders Hotel. You will drive service standards, optimize operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Formación

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple outlets and priorities.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and guest-service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all F&B outlets to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the F&B colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with the HQ, General Manager and Departmental heads to support strategic planning and business goals.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
