Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

You will manage the team, maintain standards, and support staff development while aligning with the hotel's financial goals. A strong leadership background in hospitality is essential to drive efficiency and guest experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality management Hotel Administration F&B Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all F&B outlets to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
• Lead, develop and motivate the F&B colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor inventory control costs and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with the HQ General Manager and Departmental heads to support strategic planning and business goals.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues and maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

As aF&B Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction. You will be managing the team maintain standards and ensure smooth workflow across the department. You will also support staff development and uphold the hotels standards and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all F&B outlets to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
• Lead develop and motivate the F&B colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor inventory control costs and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with the HQ General Manager and Departmental heads to support strategic planning and business goals.

About You:

• Strong leadership and team-management skills to guide and motivate diverse F&B team.
• Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations service standards and hospitality best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple outlets and priorities.
• Financial acumen including budgeting cost control and inventory management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions.
• High level of professionalism integrity and guest-service orientation.
• Bachelors degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality management Hotel Administration F&B Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
