Job summary

Accor is seeking a results-driven Food & Beverage leader to plan, organize and supervise the department across multiple outlets. You will manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining the high standards of Accor.

You will lead Heartists and managers, coordinate training, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Quality teams to achieve revenue goals and service excellence in a dynamic Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control within a hospitality operation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with guests and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee budgeting and annual operating plans for F&B outlets.
• Monitor costs, revenues and ensure adherence to budget.
• Recruit, train and develop Outlet Managers and Heartists.
• Lead daily briefings and ensure service standards across all outlets.
