Job summary

Accor is seeking a senior F&B leader for a part-time role in Dubai. You will deliver strategic direction and hands-on management across outlets, banquets, and events, ensuring premium service and profitability within luxury brand standards.

Lead a diverse F&B team, optimize menus and operations, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining strict HACCP and safety compliance in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive F&B experience in luxury hotels.
• Senior F&B leadership experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality operations and Accor standards.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and large teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English, strong presentation and negotiation.

Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and full operational oversight of all Food & Beverage outlets, restaurants, bars, banqueting, events, and culinary operations.

• Ensure all F&B operations consistently meet hotelbrand standards, service excellence expectations, and established operating procedures.

• Drive F&B revenue, profitability, and financial performance by achieving budgeted targets, controlling costs, and maximising business opportunities.

• Develop and implement F&B strategies, annual budgets, business plans, and revenue-generating initiatives aligned with hotel objectives.

• Lead, manage, and develop the entire F&B team, ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, productivity, and high performance.

• Oversee the complete guest dining experience, ensuring exceptional service delivery, effective complaint resolution, and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain food quality, menu innovation, consistency, and profitability.

• Ensure strict compliance with Accor brand standards, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.

• Monitor departmental performance, financial results, guest feedback, and operational KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

• Identify market trends, introduce innovative dining concepts, and implement promotions to strengthen competitiveness and revenue growth.

• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, training, succession planning, and performance management across the F&B division.

• Maintain effective control of inventory, purchasing, operating equipment, departmental expenses, and resources to maximise profitability.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to maximise F&B business opportunities and overall hotel performance.

• Conduct regular operational reviews, outlet inspections, and departmental meetings to ensure service consistency, brand compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience in luxury hotels, including senior leadership responsibilities.

• Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within the UAE hospitality industry is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality operations, Accor brand standards, and exceptional guest service delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple F&B outlets, banqueting operations, financial performance, and large teams.

• Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and business development skills.

• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai F&B market, emerging culinary trends, and guest expectations.

• Well-established professional network within Dubai's hospitality and F&B industry.

• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
