Job summary

Time Out Market Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with C2i, is recruiting a Cost Controller / Procurement to lead cost control across the Market as we prepare to open Abu Dhabi's first Time Out Market—a vibrant destination for food, culture and entertainment under one roof.

You will monitor food and beverage costs, manage wastage and efficiency, prepare variance analyses, update stock and receipts, and contribute to menu engineering and cost reporting while working closely with the finance team and

Qualifications

• Business degree with finance team experience.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to relate to an international audience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain robust control over food and beverage costs.
• Monitor wastage, pilferage and efficiency across F&B outlets.
• Prepare variance analysis for F&B and communicate findings.
• Update goods receipts into the systems and verify settlements on POS.
• Prepare cost reports, menu engineering and COGS analyses.
• Coordinate with the finance team and Market Management.
