Job summary

Capital Motion is seeking an experienced Assistant Cost Controller to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor food, beverage, and operational costs and enforce cost-control practices across all venues.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory management, recipe costing, and financial reporting, with the ability to collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Chefs, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• F&B costing, inventory control and cost-management skills required.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE F&B or hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and operational costs across all venues.
• Track daily consumption and identify cost variances.
• Manage inventory processes including stock counts, reconciliations, transfers, wastage, and spoilage monitoring.
• Review and maintain recipe costing and menu costing records.
• Ensure accurate costing data within POS and inventory systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports.
