Qualifications

• Experience in F&B cost control or finance roles within hospitality.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management and reporting across hotel operations.
• Record costs accurately and prepare month-end closures.
• Collaborate with operations to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee stock and store management in line with policy.
• Prepare daily/periodic cost and variance analyses.
• Verify invoices, vouchers and supplier tax compliance.
