Job summary

C2i is recruiting for Time Out Market in Abu Dhabi to build a culinary and entertainment destination under one roof. The Bartender will deliver top-tier guest service, manage beverage orders, and uphold safety standards in a high-volume setting.

We seek professionals with 3–5 years in hospitality, strong knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and excellent communication in English. The role requires flexibility across shifts in a dynamic venue environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in hospitality working in a high-volume bar.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cigar brands.
• Experience across hospitality, restaurant, nightclub, bar and lounge operations.
• Strong knowledge of safe alcohol service and beverage presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and inform them of specials and menu changes.
• Answer questions about beverages, venues, menus and pricing.
• Follow drink recipes and garnish per standards.
• Check orders before serving and ensure accuracy and special requests.
• Process payments and manage guest checks via POS terminal.
• Uphold cash handling procedures and proper check-out.
• Identify intoxication and refuse service per safety policy.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist setup/teardown for events.
