Job summary

Capital Motion UAE in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Cost Controller to oversee cost control across all venues. You will monitor food, beverage, and operational costs, support profitability analysis, and enforce cost-control procedures in line with company standards.

You will collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to optimize margins, manage stock, and reduce waste, while ensuring accurate costing in POS and inventory systems across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management required.
• 4–6 years of cost control experience in hospitality or F&B preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with cost-control software.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, recipe costing, and POS integration.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze food, beverage, and operational costs across all venues.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
• Review recipe costing and support menu engineering initiatives.
• Ensure cost data is accurately recorded in POS and accounting systems.
