Job summary

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Event Account Manager to lead client relationships and coordinate event projects from brief to execution in the UAE.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management, events, advertising, or marketing, and can work effectively with targets and KPIs. Must be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of UAE events/marketing industry.
• Proven experience managing clients and projects.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Translate client requirements into effective briefs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables against KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.
